Night after night you give me peace whispering Your truths
Promises I stand upon...truths I rest in
The morning fog may be thick and hide away the earth
But even though I cannot see the path, I know that with each step I take, it is there
And I know the sun will come and the fog will lift unveiling the beauty that has lied beneath it all along
The contrast from gloom to gleam makes the world seem that much more breathtaking
Leaving me in awe
And the only thing I can manage to utter is praise because nothing else on my lips is worthy enough
